Make Your Own Frames With Bliss Prints UK

Two of my most favourite things are inspirational quotes and colorfulness and this post is the perfect opportunity to combine the two. A couple of weeks ago, I applied for the awesome opportunity to review some products from Bliss Prints UK and today, I am excited to share with you my gorgeous goodies.

The designer behind these beautiful quotes is Jazmyn, a talented graphic designer from Lincolnshire, UK. Jazmyn started Bliss Prints UK as a hobby but now is making her dreams come true by turning what she loves doing into a small business. Go girl! Jazmyn very kindly allowed me to pick two prints of my choice to review and let me tell you, it was a tough decision – I loved so many of them! There are tons of inspirational, encouraging, motivational and quirky designs to choose from, all in beautiful fonts. I eventually settled on ‘Let’s Stay Home‘ and the Disney Cinderella quote ‘Have Courage and Be Kind‘.

Other designs I loved were: ‘And So The Adventure Begins‘ ‘Don’t Quit Your Day Dream‘ and ‘Hangry‘. A5 prints are £3.50 and A4 is £4.50 (amazing!), they arrived quickly and they are perfect quality. You can see the full collection here and if you use the discount code HELLOBEXA20 you will get 20% off too!

I decided I wanted to get creative and experiment with different colourful backgrounds. These can be either framed or just displayed as they are. I quite like them without frames and have both stuck on the wall above my desk to add a splash of colour and inspiration. It’s really simple, all you need is some pretty paper – I got mine from my Craft Sensations Paper Pads which I picked up in The Range (you can also find these in Hobbycraft and Amazon). They make amazing bright and colourful blogging photo backgrounds too!

I tried to find the Party Bubble & Inspiring Boho Paper Pads online with no luck. However, there are tons of beautiful paper pads available, a few favourites include: Paper Addicts Colour Pop, First Edition Paper Flowers and Craft Sensations Wonderful Brights. (See Amazon links at bottom of post for more ideas!).

It’s fun to experiment with different patterns, stick your print on with blu tack and see what you think.

At the moment, my prints are on the pink and orange polka dot backgrounds – the cool thing is, you can change your mind and try different patterns any time. Do you prefer prints on white backgrounds or do you like a splash of colour? Which background is your favourite? Don’t forget to check out Bliss Prints UK and use the discount code HELLOBEXA20 for 20% off. Thanks Jazmyn for my beautiful prints and giving me the inspiration to get creative with them.

Wow, I’ve never thought about using colour as a background to an all-white print, what a fantastic idea. And, as you say, you can change things up according to season, what room they’re in, or just for the hell of it. Honestly, Bexa, I always find something inspirationally creative on your blog! I’ve not heard of Bliss Print but these designs look beautiful, another shop to check out come payday 🙂 xx

Ooh I absolutely love this idea! I tend to stick to the same colour frames throughout our home but I love these for a pop of colour and to change things up a little. Great to change up every season too. I love the quotes you chose, it’s so nice to have lots of quotes and sayings up around the home to motivate and inspire. Lovely review Bexa! xx

Oh wowww!!! SO colorful, I love it!! I really like the “inspiring boho” pack. Too bad that you couldn’t find it online 🙁 It’s really a cool pack 🙂
The quotes are also great! I love the idea of the “hangry” one haha It would be perfect for me as I generally get super hangry easily! xD Oupssss!!

    • October 30, 2018 / 10:28 am

Thank you so much lovely! It is a shame about the Boho pack, I’ll let you know if I discover it on my travels around the internet 🙂 He he, hangry is so me as well! I’m glad you enjoyed the post <3 xx

  7. October 29, 2018 / 3:05 pm

Oh goodness those backing papers are STUNNING. I’ve always lusted after pretty packs of paper, but I was never able to justify paper that was simply decorative as I have never done papercraft. This is such a great way to use them.

    • October 30, 2018 / 10:36 am

Thank you so much Claire, I’m glad you enjoyed the post! The paper also makes great blog photo backgrounds too! <3 xx

I love these! They would also make awsome cards, for that price and personailzation – it can’t be beat! I live in the U.S. so I’m a little bummed they aren’t available here, but they’re gorgeous. The colorfulness is just want everyone needs in their life.

    Cheers xx

I have a freaking ton of colorful paper, endless motivation to do something creative with it, and end up doing nothing. Now that I’ve read your post, I finally have found a bit of inspiration again! I think prints like these look better on a colorful background, but maybe I just think that because I usually hang them on the white wall above my desk. White on white is too much in that case.

These are gorgeous! I’m a huge fan of a quote print, I find them so motivating and they really brighten up working areas particularly. I love that you can change the frames on these too! Such a gorgeous touch to make sure you get something personalised and unique. I love that this is supporting a small business too – I will definitely be looking into this for Christmas presents!

These are so cute, I do love a good positive and inspirational quote! There’s so many good quotes from Disney films as well. The frames are such a creative and fab idea, I haven’t tried creating anything like this before. I do love the two quotes on the two different polka dot backgrounds – although sometimes I do like just a white background with a black frame around them. Lovely post <3
